Neil
was born in Pawtucket, RI. He played Rhode Island High School
hockey from 1991-1995. He then went on to play hockey at Sacred
Heart University in Fairfield, CT from 1995-1999, where he captained
the team in their first season as a Division I participant.
From there, he went on to Springfield College in Springfield,
MA where he played club hockey while he earned his Master's
degree. In July 2001, he was hired by the Atlanta Police Department,
and is currently assigned to Red Dog.
