  Billy started playing hockey in the 'sumps' of Levittown N.Y. He never got a chance to play any real organized hockey because his parents wouldn't get up at 5:00 AM to take him to practice. Billy moved to Atlanta where he has worked for the Atlanta Police Department for the past 23 years.
